Tap. Pours clear hazel, medium beige head, good lacing. Aroma is roasty, clove, spicy, toast. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter, roasted malt, wheat, clove, toast. Light body. Complex and interesting.

On at the brewpub. Pours a deep bright red and brown color with a large white head. A big nutty nose with some fruit. A big flavor, very rich, malty goodness, nuts, chocolates, dark fruit, dry at times. Excellent. What can i say? Bohemian is on quite a roll!

On tap at the brewery
Appearance: Clear dark brown with a medium sized beige head and lots of lacing
Aroma: Toasted malts, dark caramel, wheat and mild chocolate
Taste: Roasted malts, toffee, nutty, grainy with a dry finish
Nice, crisp and clean.
