Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body and a small, off-white head. The aroma has a solid dose of smoke and peat, leaving little room for other aromas. Some caramel and alcohol, and also a little hoppy touch. Peaty, warming, full-bodied, dry, smoked flavor with some hints of caramel. Lasting finish with lots of peat. A quite nice one, but too peaty I think. 120623

Just as full-on as regular Rex!Pours amber with a large, fading head.Nose shows heavy peat and campfire, along with the faintest hint of caramel.Similar flavours; campfire, booze, bitumen, and very, very faint caramel. Could use more carbonation.
