An imperial version of a brown ale brewed with a large percentage of German rye malt. In the spirit of the holidays, roasted carrots were added to the mash and dark raisins were added to the boil. The spicy rye and dark fruity malts create a dance of contrasting flavors, complemented by a generous amount of traditional American hops. This decadent holiday dessert, in liquid form, makes reindeer fly.

Clear copper with a medium sized off-white head and good lacing. Aroma of caramel, sweet and spices. Flavors of caramel, toasted malts, floral and mild spices

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper with a medium white head. The aroma is light spices, some caramel, toasted malts. The flavor is bigger spices, banana esters, wheat and grains. Hot at times.
