Wow... A beautiful mix between a Porter and a Scotch ale with the added blueberries. Quite a treat !! Pours a real dark brown colour with a small beige head (because of the high ABV). Aromas of burnt malts with the fruit, well-balancing things. Medium-bodied with a decent smoothness. Cocoa taste with the roasted malts and the blueberries. Great dark beer that is very well-blended with the blueberries. The high alcohol content in this one works better than in their pumpkin one. Works quite well actually.

This ale poured a deep black colour with a nice,big rocky head. Scents include blueberry,cocoa, wine and ripe fruit. First sip was thick and lightly sweet with flavours of flowers, blueberry, grape gum, suttle roast and chocolate. Finish is thick, syrupy, sweet and blueberry flavored.

650ml Bottle - Dark brown with red tinges and a tan head. Blueberries, chocolate and malt in the aroma. Smooth, chocolatey and fruity taste with notes of blueberries, chocolate and some soapy hops. Quite nicely balanced.

Pour is a black with a small tan head. Aroma is all things blueberry. Some roasted malts are in there if you can get by the blueberry. Flavor is again big blueberry with a little coffee from the malt. This beer really socks it to you with the blueberry but on the flip side the strong blueberry takes away everything else the beer offers. This beer is a full on blueberry assault.

Pours a rather thick, dark brown, with small head. Looks like a rich stout. Aroma is dominated by blueberries. Flavor is a combination of coffee, chocolate, licorice, and blueberry, though not sweet. This is a very appealing combination and a satisfying beer. More stout or porter than a "fruit beer," which might be misleading to some tasters. Very much worth trying.

22 fl pz bottle. Pours clear and golden deep brown with a small tann head. Aroma is dense blueberry and citric. Blueberry fruity, light liqourice. Smooth fruity, lingering and light citric. Smooth finish.

Black color with medium sized brownish head. The aroma is upfront yeasty and feety; a bit cheesy and fruity later. Dark artificial vanilla chocolate flavor and blueberries; overly bitter: very disgusting.
It has correct bitterness and evident alcohol.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a clear dark brown with an reddish hue and a beige head. Thick, greasy - and artificial - blueberry aroma. Rich body, heavy blueberry notes atop some slight licoricey roast. Some concentrate must be used. Interesting - in a good way. 160612
