Firkin at The Bayou
Hazy brown with a medium sized beige head, some lacing. Aroma is malty, bready and apples. Taste is bready, apple skin, cinnamon and rye spices
It was ok but it wasn’t balanced.

Clear brown with a small off-white head, some lacing. Aroma of toasted malts and rye spices. Flavors of rye, malty, bready and dirty water
