hazy brownish orange colour, moderate sized creamy ecru head; aroma of pine resiny, fruity, floral and some slight vegetables notes; well balanced bittersweet taste with similar notes to the aroma; not bad at all tasted from bottle, though it is much better from tap (with much more dominant resiny notes and without this vegetables notes) at the brewery! the difference is really substantial! the bottled vversion is around 3.0 while the version on tap is around 4.0! So, I rated somewhere in between.

Courtesy of Philippe (Bov), 8% ABV, bottled 2010.05.13, tasted 2 months later
Cloudy amber color; this one as well has quite high carbonation and generous head. Pleasant aroma, hoppy and perfumy, a bit fruity, but also lightly cheesy, and yeasty. Caramel flavor, dry; sharp bitterness; but there is a metallic touch, and some yeast presence. The bitterness level in the final is too elevated. Uncontrolled; it has some elements of a homebrew.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy brownish amber, minimal head. Sweaty carame aroma with some lemon. Medium bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Slightly sourish with notes of pine and dishwater/lemon. Fairly low bitterness. Interesting flavours, but some get lost in what seems like a mild infection.
