On Tap at Berts. Deep dark brown with redish edges. Sturdy tan head. Woody malty flavors, plenty bitterness. Sharp bite but light thin body.

Bomber from the grocery store. Aroma is toast, bread crust, caramel, spice (cinnamon?). Pours clear brown with a medium beige head with great retention and some lace. Taste starts out sweet and roasty, finishing herbal hop bitter; flavors of cough drop, lotion, bread, cocoa. A tad more bitter than I usually care for in this style. Pretty average for style, but it’s not bad.

On tap at bier thirty pours out a copper brown topped with a small head. Nose is rich malts some light grassy hops and chocolate sweetness. Taste is more of the malts grassy hops and a odd end.
