Une couleur cuivrée très chaude, une mousse teintée aux reflets d’ivoire, qui met en éveil l’odorat et le goût par l’exaltation de ses notes de céréales.

Bottle. It pours a clear, dark golden body under a small, firm, off-white head. Fruity, peachy nose with some dried fruits and a faint milkysour touch. Some sourness in the flavor too, as well as peaches and fruityness. Not much bitterness going on. Medium body, quite dry. Well, not my choice of beer, that’s for sure. Might be better just after release from the brewery, but it certainly hasn’t been doing well with a few months of cellaring. 120623

Cloudy orange amber beer. Dry frothy palate. Fresh light malt with a citrussy sherbet carbonated bite! Dry finish. Creamy malt aftertaste.

Decent amber body with that typical murky fog and a fair amount of head. Aroma of spicy malts, sharpness from alcohol perhaps. Taste is grass and malts and water, a modest mess, watery as usual and unbalanced. A typical French microbrew.
