Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Pours hazy pale yellow. Aroma is yeast-forward wit with orange peel and coriander. Short light body, crisp carbonation, still fruity, but the water takes over a bit too quickly. Short palatez refreshing, but quite thin. Still quite impressive considering the ABV.

Bottle, 0.50l. Hazy straw color with large frothy white head, good lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of grass, herbs, yeast, coriander and grapefruit. Taste starts with light sweet grainy malt, follows by citric and yeasty acidity with notes of herbs and orange peel, mouthfeel is mild spicy, while finish is pretty well hopped. Light to medium body, dry texture and average lingering carbonation. Surprisingly good, although plastic cork and opener included with the bottle may not be enough to open it...

1350 yen or so bottle from Tanakaya. Another beautiful fancy beer bottle from Italy. 3.2% saison table beer. Served with pasta in tulip glass. It pours an exceptionally pale straw gold with a fizzy foamy light head with minimal lacing. The beer has a zesty effervescent carbonation. The aroma is a soapy, floral hop bouquet. Light body, a touch bitter finish with a soapy floral hop taste & a touch of a spring farm vibe where you smell the flowers in bloom over the breeze. Not bad, quite interesting. Once it warmed up I found it developped sweet belgian wheat type spicy fruity saison notes which raised it up a bit in my opinion. Good. Honestly, I am looking for more 3-4% beers plus this brewery’s simple stylish packaging won me over. Too bad they’re so expensive.

Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, grass, sharp grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, thin, sewer notes. Bottle from A Tutta Birra, Milan
Cloudy blond color with small creamy head. The aroma has bread and cereals. Dry and weak mouthfeel, uninteresting cereals and corn flavor, correct bitterness.
I wonder if this bottle is old, because such kind of light beer should compensate with aromatic and fruity hop, and here that’s absent.
