03/12 0.33 l bottle @El Estribo, Madrid. It poured hazy dark brown body with medium sized brownish head. Coffee and caramel aroma. Flavor was weak, sweet, caramel, coffee and cocoa with unpleasant metallic note more pronounced towards its finish, but disappears in the aftertaste. Quite thin bodied with moderate sweet caramel finish. Slightly warming and alcoholic at the end. Nothing special here, seems like batches vary a lot!

Bottle from Zombier, Málaga
Dark brown color with medium sized compact head. Mild aroma of roasted malt. The mouthfeel is smooth, with roasted malt flavor that fortunately doesn’t become ashy, burnt or disturbing; correct bitterness.
Good, more than expected, a silky Stout.
