Lychee Mochi is a thick and juicy fruited IPA brewed with toasted rice and fermented with milk sugar, lychee, and vanilla bean. This tropical delight was massively dry hopped with Galaxy, Mosaic, and Motueka hops.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange hue, sort of yellow, a large white head. A big tropical bouquet. Fresh clear lychee, husky, big tropical elements, dry vanilla rice finish. Lovely.

Hazy straw yellow with a small white head, light lacing. Fruity, herbal, citrus.
Soft and juicy. Good
