Seit Ende März 2012 gibt es jetzt auch ein neues "Bergedorfer Bier".
Zum 850-jährigen Bestehen Bergedorfs hatte eine Gruppe um H.-J. Bausewein die "Bergedorfer Braugesellschaft" gegründet und ein leicht dunkelgoldenes, vollmundiges und leicht malziges Bier in einer Altonaer Brauerei herstellen lassen.

0,5 l bottle, bought in the Zisch Getränkemarkt in Reinfeld I think. Nice old school label art. A very dark golden in the glass, creamy one finger off white head. Not a lot on the nose. Tastes malty, light fruity, strange grainy, but nothing really special. Mid malt aftertaste, with a light sweetness, alcoholic hints.

Canned, 0.50l. Clear pale golden color with medium frothy white head and lively bubbles. Aroma of grainy malt, adjuncts and cooked vegetables. Taste starts with sour grainy malt, followed chalky, with crisp and dry mouthfeel and moderate bitter finish. Light body, thin watery texture and lively carbonation in palate. Will shed no tears after it...

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, toasted - caramel, malty, light to moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, bread, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120720]

Canned(330ml). -from Euro Spin in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Pale yellow coloured, medium sized off-white head, vegetable nose. Weak aroma of malt and salted bread with notes of boiled vegetables. Bitter watery finish.
