Marrón muy oscura, chocolate. Escasa espuma que no obstante deja película duradera. Aroma ahumado. Cuerpo medio y textura cremosa. En boca esencialmente dulce, pero con muchos matices, claro chocolate y especias, sobre todo al final. La vainilla no se nota. Más de postre que pasar tomar sola. No esta mal.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Light malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. ´Moderate sweet and light bitter caramellic flavor. Average light bitter finish. creamy palate.

Bottle @ Rasmus’s. Pours dark amber with a light brown head. Aroma of dark malts, caramel, wood, vanilla, dark fruit. Flavor is malt, caramel, wood, dark fruit, vanilla, some booze. Medium body, soft carbonation, warming alcoholic finish. 260913

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit, vanilla and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish. 260913

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are candy sugar, caramel, dried fruits, malt and notes of hops. Nice and sweet.

Small creamy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet, vanilla, chocolate, dark sugar, caramel, dried dark fruits, oak, grass, dark malts. Taste is vanilla paste, oak, grass, caramel, dark malts, cocoa, dark sugar, dried dark fruits. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Pretty nice actually, better than most Belgian doubbles.
