Trīs iesalu savienojums Pilzenes (85% no iesalu bāzes), Melanoid (7,5% no iesalu bāzes) un Minhenes (7,5% no iesalu bāzes) rada samērā augstu misas sākuma blīvumu, kuru mūsu aldaris ir nobalansējis ar Simcoe, Centennial un Amarillo apiņiem, radot 30 IBU rūgtu alu. Centennial un Amarillo apiņi tiek pievienoti arī pāc rūgšanas, lai piešķirtu šim alum savu raksturu. Alus tiek raudzēts izmantojot Fermentis US-05 raugu un alus raudzēšana norisinās pie 19 C temperatūras.

From brewer shop in Jelgava, first one of the day. Smell- weak to medium, hops, malt, a bit of sweet-ish notes. Foam- thin, some malt, weak hops and maybe citrus. Head is medium-sized, creamy, orange-white color. It seems to stick. Appearance- generic enough bottle, this time I don't feel like giving extra point, the cap is generic red color. Slightly hazy orange-brown color, medium carbonation. From - pint glass Taste - malt, then weak hops and weak bitter notes, a bit of citrus and caramel, and then aftertaste goes as hops and malt. Quite refreshing and drinkable. Maybe I am thirsty tho, want to give it more but can't.

50cl Bottle at TAKA. Deep golden amber colour, white head. This was just a decent light hoppy amber ale, not much of an APA here. Light bodied.
