Tap at Gar Eden. Very fruity, slightly funky barrel taste, gum tape. Light bitterness followed by funky sweetness. Peach, and something citrus. Bit of gin! Weird yeastiness.

Bottle from Craftissimo at home. Hazy/opaque dark amber pour. Hoppy - pine and fruit - biscuity aroma. Taste is similar - big bitter hops with healthy malt background. Very bitter finish. Much more traditional flavor profile than other Borgo beers - really good IPA. Big flavor, very bitter, but balanced. Yum.
