70 cl bottle bought at Carrefour. A hazy pale yellow pour with no head nor bubble. Aroma is leather, funk, cabbage, green apple. Tart, dry, medium-bodied. Short-lived finish.

Bottle at Ciderbar Rotterdam. Bit hazy light golden. Sweet and sour apple, light funk, some of that Basque sourness but quite fruity and not too much vinegar, apple peel. Medium sweet, lighter bitter and sour. Almost medium bodied, no carbonation and medium dry.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours gokden with small head. Aroma is woody, kind of winy, apples, of course. Taste is lightly smoky. Slightly tart. Pretty dry. Not very sweet. Pretty nice. Easy to drink.

Bottled. Hazy greenish gold colour without head, no carbonation, of course, it’s natural. Aroma has notes of green apples. Flavor is bittery, notes of green apples, acidic sensation.

Bottle 700ml. Corked.ABV: 7.0%. Unclear matt medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, rubber, green apples, celery. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, dry, apples, light tart. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120616]
