I spotted a big stovepipe can in the cooler at a liquor store in Odessa. Label on the can indicates 5.5% abv, just saying. There’s no glass on this really warm afternoon, I’m using a koozie on the beer. The smell is lightly grain and even lighter citrus, not a big surprise. The taste follows along respectfully, barley malt, a bit of lemon and water, fortunately I have the beer well cooled off to help out. The sensation is somewhat fuller than most pale lagers, I heartily approve. The plan is drink the can down some and add a slice of lime. Pleasant enough beer on a hot day in July.

19.2oz can pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice light grain some grass. Taste is more of the light grain some grass and not much else.

19.2 oz. can from Total Wine - San Antonio, TX. Pours a crystal clear gold color with a white head and excellent retention. Good lacing. Standard light pale malt aroma. Generic pale malt flavor with a slightly acidic finish. Pretty basic overall. Medium-light body. Medium-high carbonation. Not bitter. Its okay, but I expected to like it more.
