Sample @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Pours very hazy deep yellow with a big frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of trace on the glass. Smell is sweet, malty and spicy with cookie dough, lemon zest, cloves, white pepper, flower nectar, wheat crackers and allspice. Taste is sweet, bitter, sour and malty with biscuits, wheat crackers, cloves, lemon zest, allspice, dried flowers, lemon juice and pineapple. Mouthfeel is watery, tiny round, slightly crisp and light bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with crackers, lemon zest and hay.
