On tap. Pours a cloudy opaque golden whith the most handsome fine and creamy white head leaving a neat lacework. Very fine and exotic hop aroma - Sorachi Ace? Light in body, lightly sweet fruit, a little yeast and a very soft and smooth mouthfeel. Fairly hoppy finish. A very delicious and sophisticated little beer. 080712

At Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Cloudy yellow with a creamy white head. Aroma of citrus hops, other fruity notes and some coriander. Dry fruity flavour with lots of citrus.

15/06/2012 Ma che siete venuti a fà (tap). Bionda, opalescente, torbida, schiuma biancastra abbondante e persistente. Aroma molto caratteristico, con note speziate, citriche, di lievito, simili a una blanche o una weisse, ma con abbondante luppolatura. In bocca è amara ma morbida, molto caratteristica, perfettamente equilibrata, deliziosa. Corpo medio, carbonazione corretta. Molto, molto interessante.

Bottle @ Rene’s house, picked up at Fano. Somewhat hazy yellow appearance with a white head. Quite citrusy, lime, lemon, fairly spicy, floral, citrus hoppy aroma that is very nice. Very, very tasty. Really delicious, orange, grapefruit, lemon citrusy, fairly spicy, wheat malty, floral, coconut flavor. Really a nice body and mouth feel to go along with a refreshing flavor.

Draught @ [ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012 ] @ Spartas Lokaler, Faelledparken in Osterbro, Copenhagen, Denmark.Unclear - hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, flowers, fruity. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus hops, dry, finish is quit bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120511]

Hopfig-wässriger Beginn mit leichten Fruchtnoten. Direkt hinterhergeschoben wit-artige Kräuternoten. Bereits im Mittelteil sind diese Noten aber verschwunden, der Hopfen überwiegt. Zum Ende bitterer. Süffig! 10/10/10/10//10
