Bottle, 6.5%. The aroma is mostly hoppy, refreshing and teaish, but also teaish like coriander. Hazy dark yellow colour. Good stable white head. The flavour starts off quite sweet. Later comes a clean bitterness and some citrusy hop notes. A bit on the sweet side, but partly balanced by a mild hop bite.

Tap at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours hazy yellow with a fine, white foam head. Lots of zippy lemon on the nose with yeast and grass. Medium sweet flavor with crisp grass and tons more lemon, along with lightly dry yeast. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Fairly sweet on the finish with lemon zest and light, grassy bitterness. Nice.

Bottle. An unclear, pale yellowish golden beer topped by a big, dense, white head. Lacings. The aroma is very citrusy, with a solid dose of coriander. Quite bitter and dry on the palate, soft carbonation. Citrus peel, hops, grass, some resins and a catpiss like touch in the flavor. Some bubble gum notes. Lasting finish. Tasteful, easy drinking and quite pleasant, but to me it’s too one dimensional. Wouldn’t mind having a keg in my fridge though. 120720

(Draught at Fermentoren, Copenhagen, 6 July 2012) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, wheaty nose with citrus, grass and a slightly soapy wheat character. Fruity, wheaty taste with notes of lemon peel, citrus, grass and a slightly citric (almost tart) bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Interesting and quite nice.
