16oz can pours out caramel color topped with a sand head. Nose is nice sweet caramel toffee toasted pecans some bourbon barrel notes. Taste is more of the nice sweet caramel pecans some gramcracker maybe and a nice bourbon barrel note.

Pint can shared by Steve at the Nov. 2022 P.S. tasting, 11/12/22. Dark red, thin tan head, average retention. Aroma of bourbon, vanilla, oak, cherry, toffee. Taste is toffee, vanilla, cherry, pecan, brown sugar. Boozy, full bodied.

Burk från Central Waters, 2021. 15,1%. Rostbrun, lätt beige krona. CW:s vanliga Brewer's Reserve BW - rejält rivig, fyllig och tung amerikansk barleywine med bra beska. Höstlöv, kolaremmar, karamell osv. Kanske inte känner av pekanen sådär supertydligt. Ligger nära de andra varianterna av 2- och 3-årig fatlagring.
