On tap pours out black topped with a small tan head. Nose is nice rich malts some ash bourbon barrel and vanilla. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate rich malts toast kick some ash bourbon barrel and vanilla.

On Tap at the Fairview BP dark brown/black with a modest light tan head. Lots of rich chocolaty aromas and flavors. Fairly bitter for the style. Moderate Bourbon flavors, more bitter sweet chocolate and a fairly clean body. Very tasty, I think this would age well in bottle and do well with a little fading and mellowing..
