(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 16 July 2024) Pinkish red colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with passionfruit, dragonfruit, rhubarb, citrus and red-currant. Fruity taste with notes of passionfruit, red-currant, vanilla and citrus. No bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fairly mild acidity. Fresh and fruity. Very nice.

Not bad, very much a catharina sour/florida weisse type beer. Light bodied, mild to moderate sourness, lacto body was all there. Lightly sweet, with fruit flavors coming through clean and clear, hard to ID them, esp since dragon fruit tastes like mostly nothing to me! Vanilla was a nice complement, very much detectable. 16oz can pours out pink red color topped with a fizzy head. Nose is passion fruit dragon fruit some tartness. Taste is more of the nice tropical fruit combo and a sour tart kick some lacto also.

Draught @ Haze Wave Festival 2022, Helsinki. Tart and sweet with some vanilla and berry juice, hints of dragonfruit. Refreshing.

Really sweet, a bit sour, tart. Tropical fruit, candy raspberry, some vanilla. A bit like a melted popsicle. Nice though, refreshing, surprisingly.
