A crisp delicate all-honey wine. Unlike English and Irish Meads that are strong, thick, high alcohol, and very sweet, Palouse Gold is crafted to be a crisp and delicate wine styled mead, that pairs exceptionally with simple desserts such a New York style cheesecake, pound cake, or fresh fruit - but also along side a grilled halibut fillet with a creamy dill sauce. So versatile, and should be served well chilled.

750ml bottle pours out crisp clean golden. Nose is floral notes some light honey sweetness. Taste is more of the light honey floral and some spice.

750 ml bottle, thanks brenn79. Aroma is floral, honey, dirt, rotten feet. Pours as still and headless as a pinot grigio. Taste starts out sweet and finishes with a light dry bitterness; flavors of honey, cantaloupe, faint anise. Not bad, but would never seek again.
