750mL bottle at Tilquin, pours a clear bright golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma is full of fragrant gin barrels, moderate barnyard funk, and some leather. Flavour is wonderfully complex, with plenty of wild yeast, intense gin barrels, barnyard funk, and huge oak. Wonderful gin barrel character that accentuates the beautiful buggy funk. This is fantastic.

750mL bottle at Tilquin. Pours clear gold with a white head. Gin barrels, wild yeast, and some funk on the nose. Flavour has great complexity, gin botanicals, dry old wood. This is excellent.

Bottle from Tilquin, #318/324. Color: Clear golden, white haed. Aroma: Tart, herbal, fruity. Taste: Over moderate to medium tart. Herbal Gin notes, fruity citrus fruit (orange and lime) and tart berries, notes of oak wood, old hop, subtle rural funk, hay and minerals. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Quite lively for a Wild Ale, especially given it's age right now. Nice one. Refreshing.

Botle at the source. Staff told me that Pierre sent all the beer for this collab and let de Garde do what they liked with it, he trusted them. I think he nid the right thing! It pours clear with a white head. Mild funk and light tannins in the nose and slightly more funk on a background of light gin and more tannins in the taste. Easily the best gin barrel aged beer I've had - they're not usually my thing. But this one is a huge success.

750ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is great tart funk gin barrel oak spice notes. Taste is more of the nice citrus gin notes spice and barrel.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, oak, rosemary, apple skin. Slick body, gin, earth, funk, oak, nice tartness, enjoy this.
