We aged this batch for months and months (and also months) in bourbon barrels from a beloved 200-year-old Kentucky distillery. What we ended up with is a magnificently tasty beverage sporting flavors and aromas of bourbon, caramel, and dark chocolate. 2021 vintage. 22 oz. bottle, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma has a wonderful bourbon character upfront, with plenty of vanillin, and some dark sugars. Flavour has some buttery bourbon barrels, butterscotch, some caramel, dark sugars, and a touch of vanillin. Has almost a dried dark fruit character on the finish. Wonderfully constructed as usual.

[2021 Vintage] 500mL bottle. Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. Lovely blend of roasted malts, toasted caramel, a light touch of dark berries, and bourbon barrels on the nose. Flavour has a very nice toasted malt base with well-integrated bourbon barrels, rich dark chocolate. Rich mouthfeel, appropriately thick. Fantastic.

22oz bottle pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice rich chocolate plenty roast a great bourbon barrel vanilla kick. Taste is more of the nice chocolate rich malts bourbon barrel goodness and vanilla.
