French for “season”, our first Saison makes its debut just in time for the summer. It’s dry and refreshing with lots of floral, earthy character and a hint of pepper. It’s effervescent and light enough for even the hottest of summer days. We added a “Tango a Tres” grape must (leftovers from winemaking) to give some color and enhance the flavor.

On tap pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice grain spice and a touch of citrus. Taste is more of the nice spice grain combo.
