This fiscally irresponsible DIPA was brewed in honor of our co-founder Paul, who manages the business side of GNB. So we though it would be fun to brew a beer with more hops than we've ever used. Better Call Paul was brewed with a massive 10 lbs per bbl of Simcoe and Amarillo hops!

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
On tap at the brewery pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is sweet over ripe citrus hops and some melons. Taste is more of the nice sweet over ripe citrus melons and a nice bite on the end.
