On tap at the brewery pours out a pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is big sweet pineapple juice guava and some cereal malts. Taste is more of the nice sweet pine apple juice and a little soap bitterness on the end.

On Tap at BitterCreek, Boise. Foggy pale straw color. Thin white head. Plenty of Pineapple in teh aroma and flavor. Bitterness is a bit soapy. Nice smooth mouthfeel for a brut. Interesting.
