Commissioned beer since 2010 with very thick, sticky, delicate head and warm yellowish blonde colour, clear with nice sparkling. Aroma of dried apricots, pineapple, rose petals, cider, grass, honey, white grapes, straw. Rond fruity, apply taste, quite strong carbo, pale malts, light lactic sourishness as in unsweetened yoghurt, very mild grassy hop bitterness in the finish.

33cl bottle, courtesy of Joes. Clear golden color, small white head. Smell malts and some sourness. Taste malts, slight sour hint, mint, some sort of herbs or spices, can’t quite put my finger on it. Fizzy carbo, low to medium body.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Slightly yeasty and distinctively fruity aroma with notes of citrus and grapefruit on a mildly malty background, accompanied by a touch of flowery hops. Slightly sour-fruity and mildly sweet sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty and soft malty taste with notes of white bread and pronounced fruity and mildly spicy notes; a bit slim malty, fruit-accented finish. Likeable but no highlight. 29.XI.10

Good, off-white head over well-carbonated, yellow-orange beer. End of bottle yields a hord of UFO’s. Quite spicy nose, rootspices, dry grain, honingbollen and a little caramelspike. Short sharpish caramel/grains flavour, just a bit of human sweat, old bread, and some odd citruslike flavour; spiced. Spritzy, medium bodied, watery finish. Unimportant, forgetable.
