Often called Weißbier in Bavaria, this style of beer is more often called wheat, weizen, or hefeweizen elsewhere. It’s cloudy, pours a big head, and has lots of spicy and banana notes from the top-fermented yeast. This Weißbier with all it’s flavor is one of those beers you won’t stop thinking about. While it’s semi-traditional in nature, we push the yeast pretty hard to create a beer we can fall in love with.

64 oz. growler shared by yourefragile. Thanks Michael? Poured a cloudy, slightly dark yellow color with a small, tiny white head. Aroma was notes of heavy cloves, banana juice. Flavor was some grainy, wheaty notes, some banana.
