On tap at Churchkey during CBC week. Pours a hazy gold with one ring of white head. Nose is heavy with spice, white pepper, celery seed, yeast, citrus zest. Flavor is very herbal, celery seed, coriander, white pepper, grapefruit zest, soap. Medium, chalky, soapy finish.

Tap at Churchkey during Craft Brewers Conference. Poured a nice golden yellow color with a large white head. Aroma was some herbal notes, tropical citrus character, some pepper character. Flavor was all that - the herbs, the pepper, the citrus and some yeast character. Pretty enjoyable pineapple and yeast.
