Draught@SBWF2010. Golden colour, small white hed. Aroma is honey, some spices, herbs, mild vegetables and some grainyness. Flavour is quite similar with the honey being more evident. Interesting attempt, but not a beer for my tastes...

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 1 Oct 2010) Golden colour with huge, off-white head. Fruity, herbal nose with fresh notes of sweet gale and rosemary. Fruity, herbal taste with citrus and sweet gale. Medium body, quite sweet with a gentle bitterness. A bit one dimensional but fresh and quite nice.

On tap at SBWF. Golden with a small white head. Very special and fresh aroma of spices. I was thinking about Christmas when drinking the beer. Its not every day that you drink a beer flavored with Sweet Gale.
