1L bottle @ home. Bottled 18.12.2013, BBE 18.03.2014. Thanks Timo A!
Very aggressive foaming when pouring. Aroma is saison-like with apricot, some yeasty tones and citrus. Flavour has apricot, yeasty notes, orange and some funkiness. Some grassy tones occur at the end of the glass. Not the most typical weizen, but nice anyway. Lots of elements from saison.

1000ml bottle, thanks Timo A.

Pours hazy orange with a large white head. Aroma of ripe fruits, banana, yeast, caramel and toffee. Taste is smooth, yeasty and ripe fruity with loads of banana, toffee and caramel. Finish is yeasty, a bit stuffy and ripe fruity with some toffee. Okay hefeweizen.

Very nice banana in the nose, very flavourful! The beer starts not as sweet as the nose let expect. But very clove-bananaful in aroma. The mainpart is fullbodied, lots of yeasty banana and clove together with a slight bitterness. The aftertaste is long, lots of clove, slightly bitter.
a very interesting and intense Weizen! Great! --> 13/12/13/12

Swing-top 1 liter bottle. Sweet banana, orange, apricot, clove and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy amber-yellow color with large head and moderate effervescence. Mildly sweet banana/orange, clove and a very nice wheat malt flavor. Good body. Excellent weizen.
