Geschmacklich steht hier die stark fruchtige, bananenartige Note im Vordergrund. Jedoch auch der klar wahrnehmbare, malzaromatische Körper versteht sich angenehm fortzusetzen, bis in den Abgang. Das leichte Hopfenaroma, das an eine Blumenwiese im Mai erinnert, erzeugt in Verbindung mit ausgeprägter Spritzigkeit einen intensiven Frischeeindruck, der gerade in der heißen Jahreszeit zu überzeugen vermag. Gekrönt wird auch dieser Genuss von einer wahrhaft prächtigen Schaumkrone.

Bottle. Slightly loudy dark gold/orange with a surprisingly small and short-lived white head. Aroma of bubblegum, lemons and clove. Taste of lemons, bubblegum, some yeast and just a tiny little bit of bananas. Low bitternesss. Strong carbonation. Comparatively thin bodied but very refreshing. Alright.

Bottle via Jens. Amber with a frothy head of moderate duration. Aroma promises wheat and banana with a touch of clove. Taste is faintly sweet up front with a modest mineral bitterness and a touch of water at the finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Refreshing. Quite decent Weizen.

1 liter bottle at Munich tasting. Nose is dusty, with cloves, some banana, minerals. Flavor is wheat biscuits, bananas, and oranges. Not in the best of shape but better than the bock.

Bottle. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is wheat, mineraly, a touch banana. Taste is wheat, mineraly, a touch cloves. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation, which is rather low for a Weizen. Quite a good Franconian Weizen!

Hazy amber. Aroma is khaki, schlehen, slight caramel. Taste is easy sweet with some fruity and minerally notes. Pretty drinkable. Good.

Golden amber, head disappears fast for a weissbier. Slightly funky citrus banana nose. Nice light sweet flavor but not as sweet as southern weissbier. A bit of astringency from minerals / maybe high sparge temp.

(Draught at Protokoll, Berlin, 20 July 2018) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, wheaty nose with banana, peaches, wheat and clove. Wheaty, fruity taste with notes of bread, peaches, wheat, banana and a touch of clove. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh, tasty and well made hefeweizen. Quite nice.

Bottle shared. Very hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast, malt, light caramel and light fruits. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.
