On nitro tap at the brewery. Pours black with a large light tan nitro head. Rather light coffee and brown sugar aroma. Flavor is mild coffee leading eventually into bittersweet cocoa. Much better once the head disappears and it starts to warm. The nitro doesn’t seem to be doing this any favors. Have to say it would work pretty well with the peppers from the Pepper Smoker, though!
