Botella de 33 cl en el lúpulo. Septiembre de 2012. una ipa un poco mas contundente aunque debería tener un poco mas de amargor. Se le podría dar otra oportunidad un día de estos. Cuerpo medio. Mas o menos buena.

Bottle: Poured a deep cloudy amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of bitter hops notes with a solid dry caramel malt presence. Taste is also dominated by loads of bitter hoppy notes with light citrus undertones with a solid dry caramel malt backbone with a light spicy finish. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. It had been a while since I tasted such a bitter tasting beer.

Bottled. Cloudy brown colour with a creamy and frothy white head with an excellent duration. Aroma is hoppy and fruity. Flavor is dominated by orange peel notes and citrus, pine, resins and malts. The final has a decent bitterness, really 100 IBUs are not very present, smooth on palate and throat. Soft carbonation with an oily texture.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons, hops, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrusy hops, malt, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Lowenbrau. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head leaving a discreet lacework. Greasy hoppy aroma - appears more like British hops. Medium body, a little excessive carbonation, nuts and caramel and then a massive dusty bitterness. Lots of IBUs, but simply adding loads of hops does not a good IPA make! Simply lacks a sense of refinement and aromatics. 290512
