Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a clear deep golden. Sweet honey nose with a biscuity edge. Rich body, sweet syrupy honey accents with a herbal or even medicinal touch to it. Ends quite boozy. Nice if not exactly sophisticated. 270812

Blond color, with golden reflex. Mild aroma, some honey and some chemicals. It’s more dense than the Classic, it’s very sweet, this one as well more sugary than with honey flavor; it has a light fruitiness, and medium-to-low acidity; also, a very light bitterness. Simple.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass.Clear medium orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, wood, earthy - earthy honey. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, spicy honey, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20120523]

Bottled. A dark golden mead. The aroma has notes of honey, over ripe fruits, and herbs. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey, spices, and flowers, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Thanks fiulijn for supplying this.
