An American double IPA on the high end of hop bitterness. Lots of Simcoe hops and dry hopped with plenty of Centennial and Columbus hops for an earthy and grassy aroma.

Sampled from the tap at the 15th annual MBGSF. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice resinous hop note with some grass and a sweet grain backing. Flavor has a good amount of pine up front with some sweet grains and resin and mellows to more of a grassy finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a golden amber with a white head. Aroma is grapefruit! Flavor is also grapefruit! But also other hoppy flavors: pine and floral hops with a solid bitter finish. Quite a nice double IPA.
