Sample @ GABF 2017. Pours a hazy golden pale orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart woody aroma. Fruity sour tart funky woody flavor. Has a fruity sour tart funky woody finish.

Slightly hazy golden. Thin coarse white bubbly head. Lots of sharp cutting funky tartness. Clean biting sour with plenty of bready "pie crust" flavors especially at the end. Clean dry finish. Very tart, Very good.

From a 12 oz. bottle, 2015 vintage. Pours a hazy copper with an off white head. Aroma of tart peaches and grapes. Flavors are moderately sour with a smooth mouthfeel. Good stuff.

Bottle thanks to Toby. Pours out an apricot jam color topped with a white head. Nose is cherries berries Brett funk barrel vanilla and oak. Taste is more of the fruit notes along with a pie crust Brett funk.
