Draught @ [ Olfestival Kobenhavn 2012 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Dark brown black colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, salami sausage, smoke - meat - bacon. Flavour is heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet meat, roasted, dark roasted, salami sausage. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120512]

From tap. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Mild smoked and roasted dark mqlty aroma. Botter, dark roasted and smooth meaty to salty flavoured. Dark roasted malty and smoked finish.

Draught. Mild smoky aroma. Cloudy black colour. The flavour is nicely smoky. Has a little cigarette butt and yeast, and some alcohol. Good smoked beer, but why so much alcohol?
