On tap at Portland pub. Pours out a bright amber topped with a small head. Nose is sweet toffee and pit fruit. Taste is solid rich malts toffee showing up more of the pit fruit and some berries aswell.

[2/23/15] Draught at Fat Head’s in Portland. Clear reddish brown. Aroma of malt, caramel, toffee, dark fruits and alcohol. Sweet flavor with malt, caramel, toffee, a bit of chocolate, some fruitiness and alcohol. Some butterscotch notes all around. Medium to full-bodied. Not really my thing.

On tap in PDX. Pours a dark mahogany color with a small beige head. A big toffee, fruity nose. The flavor is mild bitter chocolates, nutty, berries, a bit of sweetness. A very robust beer, not too sweet. Damn good.
