Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting VI on 10/03/2014. Murky purple-amber color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Oaky aroma with berry and spice notes. Medium-bodied with flavors of huckleberry, spice and funky yeast. The finish is fruity with vinous and berry notes and a brett yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

On tap at bier 30. Pours out a hazy amber topped with a pink head. Nose is berries lacto sweetness and some green apple. Taste is as the nose with lots of berrie goodness. This is a tasty sour for sure.
