Tap. pours out a dark brown topped with a sand head. Aroma was fresh hops, roast malts, and some sweetness. Taste was more of the fresh hop notes and the roast malts a bitter end.

On tap at the 2011 BrewforiaFest. Dark brown, not exactly black. Full dense sandy colored head. Nice fresh hoppy aroma. Big bitter hip flavor with a modest roastiness. Light bodied and a long lingering bite. Lacking the character of many other regional CDAs or BIPAs but decent.
