pours a disappearing off white head with bubbles and murky amber/brown color. Aroma is wood, some apple. Taste is wood, some apple, medium malt," some acidity.

On tap at Oakquinox. Pours with no head and a hazed bronze-brown body. Aromas of apple cider, mulling spices, brandy, caramel and toffee. Flavors of oak, brandy, cranberry, caramel. Tannic with a dry finish. Completely flat.

On tap at Bailey’s Taproom Third Anniversary Barrel Aged Fest. Pours out a copper/amber topped with a small sand head. Aroma was of sweet apple, light booze, citrus, and some malt. Taste was much as the aroma but with the apple leading the way. A touch of oak but not until the very end.
