Growler fill thanks to Jake65. Pours out a dark brown color topped with a good brown head. Aroma is sweet chocolate, roast, and some light vanilla notes. Taste is more of the chocolate and vanilla along with a nice roast malt to end it out. I think I am going against the grain on this one and not giving it a 3.8

Draft @ brewpub. Deep brown color with a minimal brown head. Vanilla, seemingly bananas, light roast, and chocolate in the nose. Tastes roasty and sweet. Chocolate and vanillas. Overall a roasty and toasty brew with enough chocolate and vanilla sweetness to balance things out. Not nearly as sweet as the last baltic porter I had (Alaskan), but very solid. MBC continues to impress me.
