Tap at Avery - lovely hazy gold pour with an impressive, thick, lasting head - the flavor is pretty much what you would expect - an aggressive, citric hop profile with a fair amount of brett - it works, though - the brett is fairly prominent in this, with a lot of horseblanket and barnyardy character, as well as moderate phenols and come pineapple character - the hops compliment this fairly well - the sweetness is a little higher than I like in my bretty beers, but otherwise a neat and tasty experiment.

Tap at Avery Brewing Tap room Pours out a gold topped with a cream head. Aroma was of light brett, bread, malts, and some floral notes. Taste more of the brett funk but a good mix of floral and pine hops. A light caramel sweetness helped round it off.
