On NITRO Tap at the Old Boise Brew Fest 07 pours ou a nice black topped with a brown head. nice roast malt. Not as thick as I like my stouts.

Decent stout at the Boise Ram. Pours a blackish liquid with a distinct chocolate taste, also coffe, malts, and kind of woody. Very easy to drink with a smooth, almost creamy feel.
