Tap at the brewery. Centennial really comes out on the aroma, and there is a pleasant fresh meadow aroma on the back. Clear and light gold with minimal off-white head that fades to a collar. Clean and moderately dry for a nice finish, with moderate bittering coming in at the end. Flavor is restrained citrus and grass.

Tap. Pours clear golden yellow, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is light, dank, papaya, grapefruit, pine. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body.
