Our extra-New England-y IPA! Hopped with a swirl of Sabro and Citra. Sabro brings a unique range of vanilla, fresh coconut, and tropical aromatics. We wanted to make an almost dessert-like IPA so we boosted the sweetness, and cut the bitterness. Fermented with our house English yeast.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Tap. Pours hazy golden, medium creamy white head, good lacing. Aroma is vanilla and coconut indeed, plus orange, mango, papaya. Flavor is the same, light plus sweet and light bitter. Medium body, creamy. The description says no adjuncts, but it is pretty amazing if all of that vanilla and coconut comes from just Sabro. Interesting.
